Tenants are looking for long term rentals

Research carried out by ARLA revealed that the typical renter stays in the same home for 20 months, which is the joint highest tenancy length recorded by the organisation.

This is good news for landlords however bad news for those looking for a property to rent as there are more people looking for properties than properties available. More than 57% of ARLA agents have the same opinion. Such high demand for properties to rent maybe the reason that tennants are put off moving.
