I refer to one of my earlier posts about locations in Bedford which seem to have “stigma” attached to them. Shortstown is an area which seems to have been given a lot of ” bad press” which we feel in unjustified. We have property in this area and never have any issue letting property.
This one bed cluster home is reasonably priced at £90,000 and if you paid the full asking price , at a rent of £475 you would achieve a return of 6.3% , not too shabby.
