Further to the latest representation by Gedling Borough Council
Unoccupied and Unfurnished properties will be granted a 100% discount for 1 month following with a potential 25% discount for 5 further months.
There will be no long term empty property consideration unless uninhabitable whereby a grant of 25% for a maximum of 12 months may apply
