What Makes These Awards Different?
The British Property Awards are unique because they do not charge agents to enter. This removes the “pay-to-play” barrier and allows them to assess the vast majority of agents operating within each area.
This means that the winners are selected based on the service they provide, rather than the size of their marketing budget.
How We Are Judged
To ensure a fair and unbiased process, agents are personally mystery shopped against a strict 25-point criteria.
Unlike awards that may be based solely on reviews, nominations or submissions, the British Property Awards judging takes place over a prolonged period. This helps ensure that agents are demonstrating consistently high standards of customer service
For us, this makes the award particularly meaningful, as it reflects the service our team provides throughout the customer journey.
