Fab news! After the initial judging phase, Belvoir Grantham have been shortlisted as one of the top three letting agents for the British Property Awards 2022-2023 Grantham lettings award after outperforming our local competition!
The British Property Awards conduct extensive judging in a mystery shopper fashion.
Shortlisted agents will be judged for a further two week period, after which they will attribute the outstanding agent with their award.
The winners are also entered into their regional and national award categories for free, with the potential to win our Best British Letting Agent award and receive additional marketing material. The winning agents of the regional and national awards will be announced after all local awards have been issued.
We are keeping our fingers crossed for this one!
