Finding a new home at the end of a tenancy can be tiring and frustrating. When you finally do find the right place it can be exciting and daunting when you think about how much you have to do and how expensive it’s going to be. Make sure you don’t make it more expensive then it needs to be and thoroughly check the ‘Notice’ section of your tenancy agreement.
