It’s all change today! 1 – The eviction ban that we’ve lived with off and on for over a year, ends today. 2 – Notice periods for most things are down to 4 months from 6 and on target to be back to 2 months in October.
We know there’s going to be an increase in tenants being served notice and ultimately being evicted.
