‘How much do you charge for……..?’ is a common question and most agents realise that as landlords rarely switch agents once there’s a tenant in place, a low top-level fee can be very effective in attracting new business.

In this blog post I explain why an initial low fee may seem like a bargain but can be exremely deceptive and actually lead to higher costs for landlords in the long run.
