It’s time once again for the biggest annual gathering of landlords and letting agents anywhere in the UK. The expression that there is nothing as constant as change could have been coined for the letting industry in Scotland in recent times and this year is no different. The conference will hear from Margaret Burgess, Scotland’s Housing Minister on the proposals to review the tenancy regime.
