As an investment its not going to roar away but it could be nice steady little earner, its being advertised by Kim Barclay Solicitors at £120,000 and I would say it should rent somewhere over £500 so with a yield of over 4% its not going to set the world on fire. But it’s a great location and I think it would give decent capital appreciation and low voids.
