Please be aware that due to the Pandemic we seem to be one of the few letting agencies in Dundee accepting some applications for properties. As such and due to current manpower issues, working from home for us, our referencing agency and contractors we are all seriously overstretched, as you would expect.
This means that the time taken to get you referenced and into a property is longer than usual, so please be patient. We will get your application processed as quickly as possible (we don’t get paid till you move in) but there are going to be delays for the foreseeable future.
Please do not abuse our staff as these delays are unavoidable, if you do then your application may be rejected.
