Well I’ve been letting in that area virtually since they were built and I acknowledge that they are not cheap, they are good quality family homes.
The accommodation is reasonably spacious, backs onto the golf course in a lot of cases and is generally a quiet semi rural area but with easy access.
Now this particular example has been sold but it’s a good-sized development so they pop up fairly regularly. This one is on at £215,000 and with a monthly rent in excess of £825 it’s a return of about 4.2% and a healthy capital appreciation I think.
