When I first moved to Dundee I was renting and I very nearly rented a flat in this block (one of the upper ones), it didn’t happen because the letting agency couldn’t make a decision and the landlord was abroad.
However I’ve always loved the location and obviously the views across the Tay, no matter the weather I always find any view across water inspiring. The sound of the waves washing accross your lounge when the tides high.
Enough said really.
