It looks fine and I like the location, it’s on at offers around £75,000. Its hard to be certain just from photos but it may benefit from some updating internally. Even so I think it should rent well at around £375, which is a monthly yield of 5.5%.
Capital appreciation in the last year in that area for flats has been just under 9% so pretty positive there. Of course there is also the possibility of short term lets for the golf to consider if your that way inclined.
