I was talking to a landlord with a property on Scott St that we let for him recently and thought I would see what was available at the moment.
There were several, one I didn’t like because the second bedroom was too small, this always makes it harder to let as sharers cant agree who will get the small bedroom, but this one caught my eye.
Scott St is always popular with a wide variety of tenants; it’s a pleasant street with easy access and communications links into and out of town. This property is being advertised by Campbell Boath.
Its been modernised to some degree nice bathroom particularly and the rooms are all a good size, double glazing etc which is all good and from the internal photos I think it should let comfortably at say £450, with an asking price of £78,000 that gives a rental yield in excess of 6%.
Well worth a look.
