This two bed terraced villa is situated in a residential area a short walk from Ninewells hospital with easy access to local amenities and main transit routes.
Now I accept the area is average and capital appreciation wont be massive but with an asking price of £90,000 and I think a conservative rental of £500 per month that’s a return of over 6%.
Not too be sneezed at even if you had to do some minor internal modernization. I don’t think this would be a difficult let.
