As you can see it’s an attractive three-bed semi, it seems to be in very good condition and sitting on a sizeable plot.
The asking price of £175,000 is probably higher than most investment landlords will want to consider but with a rent of around £700 plus that’s a yield of 4.4%, additionally I don’t think it would suffer from many void periods, of course that’s just my assessment.
Appreciation on similar properties in this area is running at over 6% in the last year and just under 23% over the last five years. There may even be scope to add value with an extension.
