BELVOIR FALKRIK LETTINGS: SCALE OF CHARGES

Management Start Up & new Inventory fee of £480.00 inc. VAT @ 20% which includes: –

• Access to the Landlord Portal
• Marketing, advertising and accompanied viewings
• Vetting and Referencing of Tenants including Right to Rent
• Preparation and signing of Tenancy Agreement
• Your rent collected
• Monthly Accounts Statements
• Annual Rent Review
• Arranging Safety Certificates and renewals
• Arrange property maintenance
• Routine property visits

 Monthly Management Fee of 15% inc. of VAT @ 20% of the monthly rent achieved. (Monthly fee of 12.5% plus VAT @ 20% = 15%)

£720.00 inc. of VAT @ 20% payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced by The Agent. This will be invoiced and payable on the tenant details being accepted by The Landlord; This service includes: –

• Vetting and Referencing of Tenants including Right to Rent
• Preparation and signing of Tenancy Agreement

Inventory fee of £80.00 inc. VAT @ 20%

Tenant move out: fee of £80.00 inc. VAT @ 20%
