Landlord insurance in Tynedale

Since opening in 2003 we have very successfully provided excellent insurance for landlords and tenants alike and a large percentage of our managed properties are covered via our inhouse broker.

It is a legal requirement that all rental properties, including those rented to friends and relatives who pay rent to you, are covered with a Landlords Insurance policy. Your normal household policy normally does not usually cover rented properties. If you feel you would like to discuss insurance or just check that your current policy is competitive for the cover is it giving you, please contact the office and we will arrange for you to be contacted by a member of our insurance team to discuss cover.

Note insurance is one of those things where the cheapest is cheapest for a reason and may not give adequate cover.
