Our staff are qualified to a level 3, whereas our Managing Director is of a level 4 in Property (which also resulted in her winning the national Propertymark award for the Candidate of the Year with her highest exam result nationally!). Our Managing Director is also a qualified litigation solicitor (with a Masters Degree in Law), who used to handle property disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, contractual disputes and mortgage repossessions during her litigation days. We will manage the entire process from advertising your property with our 360 degree virtual tours, Rightmove, On The Market, accompanying all viewings, fully referencing all applicants, doing all the legal paperwork, photographic inventories, conducting periodic property visits, handling repair and maintenance issues, processing rent payments and chasing any arrears. We also diarise things like Gas Safety Certificates and Electrical Certificates, so you don’t have to keep track of these things. We manage all properties with the use of trusted local tradesmen to carry out repair and maintenance works.
