Best Lettings Agent in Rugby

Our office has been securing Gold Awards in lettings for over a decade.  We have won Gold in the British Property Awards since 2019 – the BPA are like the BAFTAs for the Property industry!

A BPA spokesman said: “The Belvoir Rugby team performed outstandingly throughout the extensive judging period, which focused on customer service levels. The British Property Awards provide agents throughout the UK with an invaluable opportunity to compare the service that they provide against the service provided by their local, regional and national competition. Agents who go that extra mile and provide outstanding levels of customer service are rewarded with this accolade, which acts as a beacon to highlight these attributes to the local marketplace.”

We also secured the All Agents Best Lettings Branch of the Year in 2021.

Prior to that we received the Gold Award for the West Midlands in the ‘Best Lettings Agent’ category at the 2014 Estate and Lettings Agent Awards (ESTAS), and again at the 2016 awards.

We have about 20 direct competitors in Rugby and we believe, around 4000 across the West Midlands, so we are very proud to consistently win Gold awards; a testament to the standards of service we provide to both our landlords and tenants.
