This particular portfolio landlord, James, had been with a previous letting agent and the property got transferred to ourselves with a sitting tenant. It was clear that the property needed cosmetic improvement of first inspection.

Before Renovation
The Client’s Objective
James was keen to get the property renovated and let in a timely fashion as, of course, there was the mortgage, council tax and other bills to pay. We enlisted the help of our trusted contractor to complete the renovation work. The landlord was certainly not disappointed!

Not only that, some of our existing tenants were looking for a new home as their landlord had served notice on them as they were selling the property. We gave them first refusal of viewing Blake Lane…and they loved it!

The tenants of ours were after a secure, long-term tenancy and so we matched them to Blake Lane as our landlord is in it for the long term. Our client was thrilled with both the workmanship and that we sourced reliable tenants straight away
