Terms and Conditions – Promotional Reduction
1. Definitions
“Company” means IPR Evesham Ltd, trading as Belvoir Evesham.
“Client” means any person or entity instructing the Company to sell a property.
“Property” means the real estate asset the Client instructs the Company to sell.
“Offer Period” means the period from 1 September 2025 to 30 November 2025 (inclusive).
“Completion” means the exchange and completion of contracts for the sale of the Property.
2. Eligibility
Clients are eligible for the Promotion if:
They instruct the Company as sole selling agent on or after 1 September 2025 and on or before 30 November 2025.
The instruction results in Completion of the sale.
3. Promotional Reductions

4. Offer Mechanics
The Promotional Reduction applies only upon Completion of the Property sale where the Company remains the sole instructed agent.
- le amount in Section 3 will be deducted from the agreed Selling Fee and reflected in the final balance due at Completion.
5. Exclusions
The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, or special offer.
The Reduction is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
6. Redemption Conditions
The Client must confirm in writing at the point of instruction whether they will use the Company’s recommended conveyancers or their own.
If the Client fails to confirm or subsequently changes conveyancer, the lower Promotional Reduction of £250 will apply.
All invoices must be paid in accordance with the Company’s standard payment terms.
7. General
The Company reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
Any dispute relating to the Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law.
