- Full appraisal of property, valuation, advice and guidance on the process of letting plus discussion and agreement of specific landlord requirements.
- Full advertising of the property on all popular property portals
- Handling enquiries and arranging accompanied viewings
- Carrying out a detailed inventory
- Organising Energy Performance Certificates, Gas and Electricity Safety Certificates if required
- Producing tenancy agreements
- Conducting Move in/outs: handover of keys, meter readings and dealing with utilities
- Registration of deposit with Deposit Protection Scheme
- Collection and tracking of rent payments and dealing with any non/late payment
- Regular property inspections and feedback reports to landlords including photographs if appropriate
- Coordinating maintenance issues with tenants and organising repairs (as instructed)
