Scale of Charges (Landlord):

  1. Let Only Service: Equivalent to one months’ rent plus VAT (minimum fee of £466.80 incl VAT), of the rent received, deducted by the Agent.
  2. Premier Let Service: £478.80/12% (inclusive of VAT) of the rent received, deducted by the Agent.
  3. Premier Let Service with the £478.80 / 9.6% (inclusive of VAT) of the rent received, deducted by Belvoir Guarantee the Agent, and the Belvoir Guarantee of £240 (inclusive of VAT)
  4. Premier Managed: £478.80 / 14.4% (inclusive of VAT) of the rent received, deducted by the Agent
  5. Premier Managed with the £478.80 / 12% (inclusive of VAT) of the rent received, deducted by Belvoir Guarantee the Agent, and the Belvoir Guarantee of £240 (inclusive of VAT)

The fees under the above services are payable when any individual or organisation enters into an agreement to rent the Property as a result of our promotion, introduction, or viewing by the Agent.

  • Call Out Fee: £18 (inclusive of VAT) (Tenant locked out of property)
  • Marketing / Withdrawal Fee: £210 (inclusive of VAT)
  • Section 13 Rent Review: £30 (inclusive of VAT)
  • Professional Hourly Rate: £60 (inclusive of VAT) Charged by the Agent when required to carry out any additional services
  • Court Attendance: £360 (inclusive of VAT)
  • Agent Switch: £240 (inclusive of VAT)
  • Sale of Property to sitting Tenant: £240 (inclusive of VAT) (handling fee)
  • Void Property Inspections: £60 (inclusive of VAT) (payable 4 weekly in advance)
  • Duplicate Tenancy Agreement: £30 (inclusive of VAT)

Deposit Protection Service:

  • Handling of Deposit Dispute: £120 (inclusive of VAT)
  • Handling of Statutory Declaration: £36 (inclusive of VAT)
  • Replacement Keys: Key Cost

VAT is payable at the prevailing rate on all our fees. In accordance with consumer legislation it is quoted as included in the prices stated above.

We also seek your consent to receive commissions from:

  • Contractors
  • Insurance companies
  • Referencing companies
  • Utility providers and others

These commissions will be included in the contractor invoice.
