Electrical Safety – We can assist with both PAT (Portable Appliance Testing) and Periodic Testing making sure your back is covered.

Furniture and Fire Safety – including Smoke Alarms and Carbon Monoxide Alarms, leave the worry to us we will advise what the rules are, so you don’t break the law. If your property is furnished we will advise what can stay and what has to go.

EPC’s (Energy Performance Certificates) – Are now required for all rented properties.

Inventories – A detailed document including photos of both the contents and condition of the property at the start of the tenancy.
