For Houses in Multiple Occupation, an additional start-up fee of £120 including VAT (£100 + VAT) per room applies. This includes marketing, referencing, preparation of the tenancy contract and deposit registration.

Full Management Service

12% including VAT (10% + VAT), deducted by the agent from the rent received.

The fees under the above services are payable when an individual or organisation enters into an agreement to rent the property following promotion, introduction or a viewing arranged by the agent.

VAT is payable at the prevailing rate on all fees. In accordance with consumer legislation, VAT is included in the prices shown. If the VAT rate changes, the prices charged will change accordingly.

Any amount payable as a percentage fee may increase or decrease depending on the agreed rent. Fixed fees will remain the same regardless of the rent agreed.

Inventory Service

The cost of preparing a professional inventory, check-in and check-out will be advised separately. The charge will depend on the appointed contractor and the size of the property.
