A full photographic inventory records the condition of the property at the commencement of every tenancy.

We will collect and process your rental payments and credit to your nominated bank account every month with the option of our Rent Guarantee Service.

We carry out quarterly inspections to monitor, manage and maintain your property using our experienced team of in-house property professionals.

We have a team of fully accredited maintenance contractors who are available to look after your property.
