Tenant Case Study

When we contacted a tenant to request a Google review they responded to advise that they were no longer living at the property, much to our surprise. When we contacted the Landlord, she advised that she thought that her tenants had family staying for a short period. However, the original tenants had moved out completely and allowed their family to move in, in their place.  We stepped in and undertook referencing and right to rent checks for the new occupiers and put in place all the required documentation including a new tenancy agreement. As the original tenants had breached the terms of their agreement by leaving early we were able to agree an early surrender fee to cover the additional costs of this work.
