Belvoir Swansea are looking for an experienced Sales Valuer/Negotiator to join our expanding Sales Department.

This role will involve:
- Carrying out sales valuations, and winning business;
- Generating new business through effective monitoring of the local market and prospecting;
- Working as part of a motivated team;
- Taking property photographs, and producing property particulars and creative marketing;
- Dealing with buyer leads, carrying out viewings and negotiating offers to secure sales;
- Progressing sales from offer through to completion;
- Providing a valuable service to our clients;
- Working to increase market share for the business
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience within this role but is now looking for a new opportunity to grow;
- Takes pride in their work and consistently goes above and beyond for their clients;
- Works with integrity and accountability, we promote openness and honesty at Belvoir;
- Has a passion for delivering the very best in customer service;

Benefits:
- Salary £19k-£20k depending on experience
