The results are in from our Rightmove mystery shop! & I am delighted and proud of the teams results at both offices! Very well done Guys’!
Unbeknown to me and in preparation to the National Belvoir conference on Friday the 11th March Rightmove contacted each office with a factious enquiry to test not only the quality, but also the timeliness of our response.
Both offices scored top marks on every one of Rightmove’s criteria’s but also Julie from the Nottingham West office responded within 1h:18mins of the initial enquiry by both telephone and email and Jimmy from the Nottingham Central in just 0h;22mins!
