ASDA and Odeon Cinemas are going to be amongst the high profile tenants in the Barons Quay development. This will in turn lead to job creation for particularly the younger labour market and the tourism sector.
With more jobs being created this will stimulate the local economy and from Belvoir Northwich’s point of view, extra demand for decent housing.
