This one bed property caught my attention partly because I know the block well

It’s a fully re furbished one bed flat with a good sized combined lounge/kitchen. From the property details it seems to have been well done, my only concern would be that I would prefer it to have had GCH, but even with out that at £45,000 it seems like a good deal. Now if the monthly rental was say £325, which I think is pretty conservative, then that would be a rental yield of just under 8%, not unattractive I would suggest, especialy when you factor in the capital appreciation which for flats in that area has been over 6% in the last twelve months.
Certainly worth a look.
