Full Management Service – Initial set up fee of £300 (inclusive of VAT) plus 14.4% (inclusive of VAT) of the rent, deducted from the rent as received.
- Monthly charge: 14.4% including VAT
Includes Belvoir services as detailed and specified in Landlord Terms of Business: receiving and processing rent payments, providing monthly statement of income and expenditure, conducting interim property visits and preparing and issuing visit report, arranging Landlord’s Gas Safety Check if applicable, arranging for maintenance, repairs and renewals as applicable, serving and receiving of legal notices, dealing with general tenancy issues.
Letting and Rent Collection Service – Initial set up fee of £300 (inclusive of VAT) plus 12% (inclusive of VAT) of the rent, deducted from the rent as received.
- Monthly charge: 12% including VAT
Includes Belvoir services as detailed and specified in Landlord Terms of Business: receiving and processing rent payments, chasing late rent when appropriate and providing monthly statement of income.
Tenant Find Service – 80% (inclusive of VAT) of first month’s rent payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced through the Agent
Includes advertising, viewings, and referencing of prospective tenants. We then would hand everything across to you to manage.
