Full Time Sales and Lettings Negotiator - Selby

Belvoir Lettings in Selby is keen to introduce property sales to the range of services offered and as such are looking to employ a negotiator with sales experience, although strong lettings experience would be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Working from our Selby and Goole Office (YO8)
  • Assist in maximising the overall income and profitability of your branch.
  • To introduce a sales service to the business
  • Generate new business leadsTo qualify landlords and tenants according to company policy and in particular in accordance with the information required for completion of tenant and landlord forms.
  • To meet personal targets set and agreed with your Manager.
  • To carry out viewings and market appraisals in a professional and efficient manner.

About you:

  • An experienced Sales or Lettings Negotiator (preferred but not essential)
  • Show a proven track record in generating new business
  • Have a Resilient, positive and friendly attitude
  • Highly motivated individual looking to work in a busy property company.

Trainee Office Manager/Senior Administrator Full Time - Selby

Due to continued expansion and to support the opening of the Sales department at Belvoir, we are now looking to hire an experienced administrator to work on a full time basis in our Selby office.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to gain supervisory experience within an administrative type role.

Responsibilities of the role
Updating of management software
Updating of property files
Management of content on websites, social media and property portals
Arranging of appointments and routine inspections
Handling of maintenance issues within rented properties.

Ideal candidate
Able to demonstrate experience in working within a similar role for a busy department.
Knowledge within the property industry would be advantageous but not essential.
Able to work with a small team, being able to adapt where needed to changing demands.
Excellent time manager
Responds well under pressure.

Diary management

Ideal candidate
Able to demonstrate experience in working within a similar role for a busy department.
Knowledge within the property industry would be advantageous but not essential.
Able to work with a small team, being able to adapt where needed to changing demands.
Excellent time managerResponds well under pressure.

20 hours per week, ideally 4 hours per morning with Saturday's to be worked on a rota. This is flexible for the right candidate and could be discussed at interview stage.
