And then some mornings you come across a nice property and the article just writes itself. This is one of those mornings!
Just on the market is this two bedroom flat in Yiewsley it’s on Peplow Close which is on Tavistock Road, which comes out at West Drayton Station, where Crossrail will be running through from 2019. It’s only a third of a mile from the station.
The estate agents listings include no floor plan or dimensions. No details on service charges or ground rent. But the flat is a relative new build – the EPC ratings are good so the lease length should be acceptable. Please do your own research however!
The presentation is good. You would really want two double bedrooms but I would assume there will just be the one and the second is a single.
At this price it will be sold STC in days and secondly I am sure it will go for more than asking.
The flat is currently let at £950pcm so the yield is currently 5.2% at the asking price of £219,950. Good one bed flats further from the station are letting for £900pcm so there could be some gains in the future on that figure, but look at it and have a think.
I think this flat has potential.
