Landlord fees

We know that as a landlord you want to rent your property out as quickly as possible for the best price. You want to avoid empty periods, and guarantee a regular income. If you don’t want to be bothered with the day-to-day management of the property, we can handle all that for you too.

We’ll make sure we provide advice on required safety checks, whether to furnish or not furnish, undertake full tenant checks and prepare the tenancy agreement.

Whether you want us to take everything off your hands – or just step in when you want us to – we’ll be with you every step of the way.

We’ll also keep you apprised of changing legislation relating to tenant checks and/or safety requirements – so you stay on the right side of the law.

Our professional team of experts offer a range of specialist services, from marketing your property to full blown tenancy and property management.

Set up fee – £180.00 (£150.00 plus vat)

• Initial appraisal and advice on preparing the property for letting.
• Acceptance of your instructions on the basis that the property is wholly owned by the Landlord (i.e. person or person’s representative from whom we have accepted instructions) and that Mortgagor consent has been obtained.
• Market and advertise the property, to include photos and floorplans.
• Viewings to be undertaken by appointment with the Landlord or via access by key to be supplied by Landlord.
• Payable in advance and non- refundable

6.6% inclusive of vat (5.5% plus vat) of rent for the term of the tenancy, minimum fee £840.00 (£700.00 plus vat)

Letting and Rental
Fees – 10% (8%+ vat per month)

Full Management
Fees – 15% (12.5%+ vat per month)

Full Management (Gold)
Fees – 15% (12.5%+ vat per month)
