Wai Lam is a director of 'Belvoir' Brighton and Hove and is keen to deliver a personal service and make sure that customer satisfaction is the top of the agenda. Wai has a wealth of knowledge in the property industry, for selling and renting, and has grown up locally and has sold and rented out his own personal properties in the Brighton and Hove area.
Wai has been a store manager for some of the UK's biggest retail companies and will use this experience and knowledge to deliver a unique service that will separate 'Belvoir' from the other sales and letting companies in Brighton and Hove. Having used sales and letting agent’s previously, Wai is determined to use personal experience and to deliver a service level that he can be proud of.
'We want to take the hassle and stress out of selling and renting', said Wai Lam. 'Through a consistent and structured approach, with the right advice and guidance, we aim to ensure our customers enjoy the sales and lettings experience'.
Nathan Crombie is also a director for 'Belvoir' Brighton and Hove along with Wai, and wants to make 'Belvoir' a household name in the Brighton and Hove area. Nathan wants to make Belvoir renound for giving exceptional service and stand out from the competition. Nathan has worked and grown up in the local area, so has exceptional knowledge of the Brighton and Hove area.
Nathan has also got a vast experience in retail management, having been a store manager for over 12 years in some of the UK's national companies and is also a landlord himself, along with previously buying and selling houses. This gives a first-hand experience of the service vendors, buyers and landlords receive and one where having this experience; he can ensure 'Belvoir' can go above and beyond the competition.
'Through first hand knowledge, I know what I would expect as a vendor, buyer, landlord and tenant. Our aim is to deliver a service that we are proud of, and to build a reputation on honesty, integrity and trust.'
Lizzy Orden is the Lettings negotiator and aims to make sure the lettings process is smooth and hassle free experience. Through working with both landlords and tenants, Lizzy can ensure that the worry and stress that comes with moving can be minimised. Having been a tenant herself, Lizzy knows what is important and what tenants are looking for and need when moving.
Lizzy has a retail background as well, which she aims to bring to the rental market and use those skills to deliver a personal and reliable service. With clear communication, knowledge and experience Lizzy can ensure that both tenants and landlords receive a high service and are kept informed throughout the process.
‘I want to ensure that all our customers have an enjoyable rental experience', said Lizzy. 'Landlords and tenants need to both have clear communication and receive a consistent service level on a day to day basis. I want to use my experience and knowledge to make a difference and set 'Belvoir' apart from other letting agencies'.
Briony is a sales and lettings negotiator and will support with the initial application of all enquiries. Briony will ensure that all enquiries and questions are dealt with in a professional and effecient manner, making sure that you have a response within a maximum of 24hrs.
With a service industry background, Briony will be able to bring these skills into the property industry and offer a personal service to each customer. 'I am passionate to deliver a unique and personal service, that will make us stand out from the other agents,' says Briony. 'I am looking forward to working with prospective applicants to find them their perfect home'.
Emma, along with Briony is a sales and letting negotiator and is there to help, support and offer advice to all prospective applicants. With a passion to exceed customers expectations, Emma will endeavour to find the right property for each individual person.
'I really enjoy helping people and matching people up with their ideal home. For me, the biggest reward is helping someone find their dream home and making the process as simple and as hassle free as possible'.
