 Phil Collett   Co-Owner & Director Belvoir (Sales)

Co-Owner and Director of Sales over the Bury and Oldham Branches. Phil also has a portfolio of Rental Properties over the North west. Phil handles Valuations and all relationships with the Developers active in our area.

 Chris Roberts   Owner & Director Belvoir (Lettings)

Co-Owner and Director of Lettings over Bury and Oldham Branches. Property Investor in the Bolton area. He is responsible for meeting new landlords, and dealing with any unusual issues we face.

 

Claire Selby  Operations Manager Belvoir Bury & Oldham

Claire has been Operations Manager since early 2015 over all branches in Bury and Oldham. She has a vast experience in running a large team and is responsible for handling all Accounts and running of all branches

 Daniel Roberts        Senior Lettings Negotiator

Daniel has been with us little over two years. His responsibilities include booking and completing viewings, keeping tenants and landlords updated and helping people complete their property search from enquiry all the way to move in.

Nicol Albert              Lettings Administraion Manager

Nicol joined the Belvoir team as part of the merger from Rayson Wilshaw, she has over four years experiance looking after our tenants. Nicol is responsible for continually monitoring the condition of all our properties.

 Tom Mannifield              Property Lister Bury & Oldham   

Tom has just completed a Property Masters degree and has been with us since early 2015, Tom looks after all property listings for all three branches, and handles the social media campaigns and Seasonal competitions.

 Chloe Brindle                  Lettings Administrator

Chloe joined Belvoir Bury at the end of 2015 to take up an apprenticeship in business administration, which she completed with flying colours November 2016. Her role primarily revolves around assisting all tenants with issues with their property.          

Becky Partington            Sales Manager

Becky started with us July 2016 and brings with her great experience in the local sales market. Becky completes valuations, marketing campaigns, registers & matches new buyers and progresses all sales through to completion.  

Sue Blackmore                Sales Administrator

Sue joined us as part of the merger with Rayson Wilshaw and has worked cumulative for 20 Years negotiating and completing all sales. She assists Becky in dealing with all completions making the process as stress free as possible
