Davinder is a qualified Chartered Accountant who joined the Company in 2014. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise and has worked in the property sector for many years, his experience and skills with people are commendable. Having worked in the financial sector and benefiting from a strong legal background he proves to be an asset to both landlords and tenants. He has joined the organisation with a vision to expand and grow the business by bringing in new skills and identifying fresh opportunities.
Jonathan Fiducia - Manager
Jonathan joined Belvoir in 2010 and has worked his way up from Negotiator to Manager. Jonathan is enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service and has an unrivalled understanding of all aspects of lettings and buy-to-let investment. He is responsible for meeting new landlords and overseeing day to day operations at the branch.
John La Francesca - Sales Manager
John joined the firm in early 2016 and brings with him great experience in the local sales market. John completes valuations, lists and markets our sales properties, registers & matches new buyers and progresses all sales through to completion. Our sales team offer a customer focused and efficient service.
Jan Howard - Sales Manager
Jan joined the team in December 2016 bringing with her a wealth of knowledge in property sales. Having worked in and around Hitchin for the last twelve years, Jan has great experience in the property market, from valuation stage through to completion – from marketing your property to getting you moving. Jan is passionate about providing good customer service.
Emma Nolan – Head of Property Management
Emma’s property management and lettings knowledge is of an exceptional standard. She has gained over ten years experience in the lettings industry and is responsible for looking after our managed properties. She handles all tenancy problems and ensures prompt and efficient resolution. An invaluable member of the team.
Jordan Craig - Negotiator
Jordan joined the team in 2017 and is responsible for booking and completing viewings, matching applicants to our properties and arranging tenancies. Jordan is highly motivated and has excellent communication skills, providing excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants.
Matthew Beeson - Negotiator
Matthew joined in 2016 as a trainee negotiator and his responsibilities include booking and completing viewings, keeping clients updated and helping people complete their search. Megan Williams – Property Administrator
Megan joined Belvoir at the end of 2013 to take up an apprenticeship in business administration, which she completed with flying colours in late 2014. Megan is enthusiastic about property and people and her role primarily revolves around assisting new tenants through their application process to a comfortable move in.
Diana Mason - Accounts
Di has been responsible for the accounts since first opening the Hitchin office. She ensures our large client and deposit accounts are in order and also keeps on top of tenants paying the rent.
Ken Humphrey - Inspections Officer
Ken is responsible for continually monitoring the condition of all of our managed properties, he arranges his inspections directly with our tenants and then reports back to our landlords. Ken is often on hand to provide advice to tenants and landlords alike.
Superna Minhas - Accounts
Superna joined the team in September 2016 and handles all the day to day accounts. She is responsible for paying over rents, following up arrears and dealing with accounting queries.
