At Belvoir Lettings our service is different for a number of reasons:
Researching properties – you can access our properties via the internet or on our app. Call into our office on London Road and view the properties at our ipad bar and discuss your requirements with us there and then.
Register with us for free. Your details and requirements are kept on our database and we will be in touch immediately a suitable property becomes available.
Belvoir Lettings will accompany you when viewing your chosen property.
All properties must meet the Belvoir standard.
Belvoir Lettings are regulated by the National Approved Letting Scheme and abide by its code of practice. This is an indepenent regulatory body for professional letting agents.
Your deposit is secured with the Deposit Protection Service giving you peace of mind throughout the tenancy. All deposits are returned as soon as possible.
Our Tenant Administration fees offer good value for money, are transparent and upfront. There are no hidden costs or surprises. Full details of these are on the website or drop into our office on London Road.
Through our insurance provider, Endsleigh, we can offer specialist contents insurance to Belvoir Tenants.
We are open to applications from Tenants in receipt of Housing Benefit. This is subject to us having the consent from the Landlord who owns the property in which you are interested.
- Applicants will be asked to have a guarantor who will be referenced
- It may be necessary to visit and check the applicant's current home and speak to (or visit) the current landlord (or agent) to enquire as to why the applicant is moving and how they have conducted themselves during the tenancy.
We are "Pet Friendly" and work with the Dogs Trust to encourage landlords to let their properties to tenants with pets.
Please call us on 023 8001 8222
