With so many agents offering property for rent, finding the right property and an agent you can trust can be daunting.
A Professional Service
When you put your faith in Belvoir Sidcup you can be assured of a professional and efficient service. We only manage properties of high standards that meet all today’s safety regulations e.g. gas appliances, electrical safety and fire safety for furniture and soft furnishings. Belvoir will professionally manage the relationship between the tenant and the landlord – all viewings are accompanied by a qualified member of staff and we have a professional property maintenance team for your peace of mind.
Your Money is Safe With Us!
Security deposits are held in the new Government-accredited Deposit Protection Scheme. The DPS also offers an arbitration scheme should there be any disputes at the end of the tenancy. This gives you the reassurance that your money is safe, and any money owed will come back.
A very detailed written and video inventory including statement of conditions and photographs will be provided on each property to protect you from unfair dilapidation deductions.
Exclusive Insurance Products
Getting the right insurance is critical; most home insurance policies do not provide adequate cover for damage to landlord’s contents, which could result in loss of deposit or more. Our special policy removes this worry and provides all the cover you would expect from a high quality contents policy along with extra protection against the particular risks that people who rent face. Furthermore as part of the largest specialist lettings agent in the UK, Belvoir has negotiated excellent rates.
National Approved Letting Scheme
Belvoir Sidcup is a member of the National Approved Letting Scheme. This is a Government funded scheme for accreditation and registration of professional lettings agents. You can be confident that matters arising during your tenancy with Belvoir will be dealt with professionally and promptly.
