This section of our website has been created to give advice to Tenants prior to, during and post tenancy. Should you have any questions not covered on this page or the sub pages then please contact us directly.
Summary of requirements for applying for a property - identification, proof of address x 2, application fee, deposit (lodged with the DPS), allow credit check to take place. Please see our Tenant fee page for full details and costs involved.
Maintenance issue - call the office on 01380 726129.
Maintenance issue out of hours - should a genuine urgent maintenance issue occur outside of our working hours we would advise you to source a local contractor to deal with the matter and inform us the following day. Should the work be deemed unnecessary then the Landlord would not be expected to cover the cost of the work.
Complaints - should you have a complaint then please email us directly via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our up most to help resolve any issues that you may have promptly.
