Tenant Fees

On application: An application fee of £180.00 for a single occupant and £125.00 per applicant, for applications where there is more than one applicant, this is a non refundable fee to cover our referencing and administration costs. Should a Guarantor be required there is a charge of £75.00 for the cost of referencing and this is non-refundable. Payment of these fees can be made by cash or credit/debit card. Credit card payments incur a 2% surcharge; there is no additional charge for using a debit card. If the letting does not go ahead due to default by the prospective tenant or the credit check or references are unsatisfactory or it becomes apparent that facts given to us in this application prove to be untruthful, we regret that the application fee will not be returned.

On commencement of the tenancy: A fee of £50.00 will be charged towards administration costs.

During the tenancy: We do not charge any further fees, UNLESS there is a change of occupancy, in which case any remaining tenants would have to be re-referenced and a new agreement produced. The cost for this is £50.00 per remaining tenant. New tenants to existing tenancies are £100.00 per occupant to complete the referencing and create a new tenancy agreement.

Pet Policy – If you are applying for a property and have a pet we will put your request to the landlord and if they accept you will be required to sign a pet policy when you move in and adhere to the terms of the policy. On application there is a charge of £50 per pet.
