Sales and Lettings

Justin Whiteley

Justin Whiteley – Office Manager

Born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, I decided to take advantage of my father's English roots and come travelling Europe in 2003. After getting a bar job and doing some travelling, I ended up running a successful seafood restaurant for a few years before I decided to get into estate agency. This was in 2007 and I have never looked back. My passion has always been customer service and after managing a large lettings portfolio in Warwickshire I was presented with the chance to purchase my own Belvoir Franchise in 2018. I’m so happy I took this opportunity and although it’s been a lot of hard work, it has been the best decision I’ve ever made. Besides my passion for property, my other interests include golf, football and travelling the world.

Peter Fragakis

Peter Fragakis – Sales Manager

My real estate career spans 24 years with international property experience as a business owner of an inner-city office in Sydney, Australia prior to re-locating to the UK with my wife and two children. While residing as a local property owner in Sutton Coldfield since 2012 and extensively working across North Birmingham as a Branch Manager, my focus has remained in Residential Sales & Auctions. Consistently achieving results above expectation while exceptionally driven to be a high calibre performer, my personable and individual style of service will also ensure that you are not simply treated as another seller or buyer in the market. I believe in helping people achieve their property goals with strong negotiation skills and the ability to identify people’s needs, I enjoy maximising the return and realising the potential of every property Belvoir Sutton Coldfield represent!

Emily Davenport

Emily Davenport – Administration Apprentice

I left school with 10 GCSEs and not a clue about what I wanted to do. I never warmed to the idea of university or A levels and college wasn’t for me so I decided to get a job for a few months until I figured out what to do. I worked part time in McDonald’s and in a shoe shop fitting children’s shoes until I applied for an apprenticeship at Belvoir Sutton Coldfield. I have always had an interest in property so I couldn’t miss this opportunity and thought that it would give me an insight into the world of estate agency. I can honestly say that I have loved my time here so far. I have never worked with such a lovely group of people doing a job that I thoroughly enjoy and I hope to continue my career once my apprenticeship is over. When I’m not at work, I enjoy obsessing over my dogs, spending time with my sister and catching up on the latest Netflix shows.
