Sales and Lettings
Ramona Hirschi – Managing Director
Ramona loves everything property and can give our customers wholistic advice on sales, lettings, renovations, property sourcing and so on. The Belvoir Stoke business was founded in 2009 and in August 2017, Ramona bought the business to bring in her 12 years experience as a buy to let investor, landlord and property developer. She has transformed the business by introducing new staff, new systems and new products for consumers. As a former solicitor, her attention to detail and rigorous application of the regulations affecting selling and renting property, adds immense value to the service of Belvoir Stoke. Her main roles are sales appraisals, sales progression, rental appraisals, advising buy-to-let investors, marketing, business development and all strategic management tasks. She invests time in training and coaching staff to continually make improvements.
Sandra J Banks – Lettings Lister/Negotiator
Sandra is a very experienced lettings agent with at least 10 years experience at Belvoir Stoke. She handles all aspects of advertising, finding tenants, referencing and dealing with landlord and tenant issues. Sandra is happy to help with any problem.
Josie Humphreys – Property Manager
Josie, joined the Belvoir team in October 2016 after graduating from Keele University with a first class degree. She is our Property Manager, handling all repairs maintenance and payments for our landlords. Josie is level-headed kind, friendly and caring; able to handle tenant problems with a smile! She carries out move-in inventories, periodic visits and check out inspections.
Cheryl Kulis – Senior Sales Negotiator
Cheryl is our Senior Sales Negotiator with 15 years experience in the property sector. Cheryl handles all our sales properties ensuring they get sold and at good prices! She's good at viewings and convincing people to buy properties. She is a warm and friendly person, a great asset to our office. In her spare time, she loves the theatre and her dogs and cats!
Vanessa Onwuzurumba – Lettings Negotiator
Vanessa is part of the lettings team, dealing with tenant enquiries and applications in order to get the right tenants for our rental properties. In her spare time, Vanessa loves sightseeing & photography! She also reads lots and is working on her first novel!
Katie Hicklin – Sales Administrator
Katie is our office administrator mainly working in our Sales Team, preparing all paperwork to get a property ready to go on the market. With her past experience in estate agencies and a conveyancing department of a local solicitors firm, Katie is well placed to be doing sales progression for us, monitoring all our "Sold Subject to Contract" houses to push them over to completion. Katie's professionalism really shines through. In her spare time, she's busy with her little boy!
Brad Dodds – Lettings and Property Management Assistant
Brad is a hardworking young lad joining us in 2020 with 2 and a half years experience in the housing sector. He is our lettings and property management assistant, working with our Property Manager to manage all hundreds of rental properties across Stoke-on-Trent, Biddulph and Leek. He is involved in all aspects such as periodic visits, inventories, tenant enquiries and much more.
Raphael Hirschi – Non-exec Director & IT support
Raphael is a non-executive Director of the business. He works at Keele University but due to his high level knowledge of computing, he helps us on IT and software matters, to make sure our service to customers is seamless.
