Davinder Gharial

Davinder Gharial – Director

Davinder is a qualified Chartered Accountant who joined the Company in 2018. He brings with him an ocean of knowledge and expertise and has worked in the property sector for many years, his experience and skills with people are commendable. Having worked in the financial sector and benefiting from a strong legal background he proves to be an asset to both landlords and tenants. He has joined the organisation with a vision to expand and grow the business by bringing in new skills and identifying fresh opportunities.

Rosie  Moubray (FARLA)

Rosie Moubray (FARLA) – Lettings Manager

Rosie has worked in the lettings business for 20 years primarily with Savills in Prime Central London. Since joining Belvoir St Albans, she has demonstrated her deep understanding of lettings in general, applying great care and attention to all that she undertakes. Rosie is a Fellow of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA). Customer service is key to Rosies approach to business and her strengths lie in her ability to communicate easily with people and in building up a rapport with clients and colleagues. She has lived in Hertfordshire for 10 years.

Christopher Ord

Christopher Ord – Sales Manager

Chris has been working in the sales industry for over 10 years. He has obtained extensive knowledge of the sales market in the Hertfordshire area and returning to his routes of Welwyn where he first started out in his career. Chris is a member of National Association of Estate Agents and a member of Institute Leadership Management. He has built great relationships with all clients he has dealt with in the area and his service is second to none.

Dan Ansari

Dan Ansari – Negotiator

Dan has been in the lettings business for over a year. He has lived in St Albans all his life and as a result has good local knowledge of the area. Dan is responsible for registering applicants, accompanying them on viewings and is involved in all other aspects of the office’s lettings related activities. Dan has a strong customer focus and he loves building a good rapport with clients, applicants and tenants.
