At Belvoir Mansfield our service is different for a number of reasons:

Researching properties – you can access our properties via the internet or on our app. 

Register with us for free. Your details and requirements are kept on our database and we will be in touch immediately a suitable property becomes available.

Belvoir Mansfield will accompany you when viewing your chosen property.

All properties must meet the Belvoir standard.

For your protection, we are members of the following regulatory bodies to make Belvoir! Mansfield a fully regulated letting agency.

We are SAFEagent registered, SAFE is a new campaign set up to make it easy for landlords and tenants to know they are dealing with a professional agency with client money protection and standard which have met a strict criteria.

We are licensed by ARLA who are recognised by the Government as an association of truely professional lettings agents. We must adhere to the highest standards and develop ourselves continuously.

We are also a member of The Property Ombudsman Scheme. The Property Ombudsman for Lettings can resolve disputes referred by landlords or tenants that relates to lettings and management agents that are members of the Scheme.

Your deposit is secured with the Deposit Protection Service giving you peace of mind throughout the tenancy. All deposits are returned as soon as possible.

Through our insurance provider, Endsleigh, we can offer specialist contents insurance to Belvoir Tenants.

We are open to applications from Tenants in receipt of Housing Benefit. This is subject to us having the consent from the Landlord who owns the property in which you are interested.

Applicants will be asked to have a guarantor who will be referenced.
It may be necessary to visit the applicant's current home and speak to (or visit) the current landlord (or agent) to enquire as to why the applicant is moving and how they have conducted themselves during the tenancy.
