If a suitable property is not available immediately, Tenants can register with us completely free of charge. We will normally take a few details to understand your exact requirements and you will then be added to our Tenant database. As soon as a suitable property becomes available we will contact you to arrange a viewing.
Building a relationship with our Tenants is important to us and viewings are always accompanied by a member of the Belvoir King's Lynn team.
We understand that work and life pressures can impact on your free time and we will endeavour to be as flexible as possible to accommodate evening and weekend viewings.
For your own peace of mind, we are a fully regulated letting agency and this means that we have voluntarily sought accreditation by the following official schemes:
NALS (www.nalscheme.co.uk) - Any agent bearing the National Approved Letting Scheme logo meets strict industry standards for professional customer service, client money protection and complaints handling.
SAFEAgent (safeagents.co.uk) - A registered SAFEAgent has professional indemnity insurance, audited client money accounting practices and customer complaints procedure.
Property Ombudsman Scheme (www.tpos.co.uk) - Registered agents must follow a Letting Code of Practice. This sets out the framework within which registered agents must operate and the standards of service they must provide for both tenants and landlords.
Our deposits are lodged with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS). This is a Government-backed scheme which holds your deposit for the duration of the tenancy and provides independent adjudication in the event of dispute.
We also provide full photographic and written inventories at the start of a tenancy to reduce the potential for dispute and to protect the interests of all parties.
Our insurance provider, Let Alliance, can offer specialist contents and liability insurance to Belvoir Tenants.
