For many years there have been some unscrupulous people and businesses offering quick house sales to vulnerable property owners. Some of these businesses go on to make thousands of pounds profit when they sell the property on to preying investors.

Terry believes that the OFT’s action is well over due but is pleased it has finally made it to the attention of Government.
